Prices and Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate (17.5%). Please note: for international orders, please check with your card issuer and/or bank to check that the exchange rate at the time of payment is correct. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, that the payment details and stock availability have been verified and your goods dispatched.

Paying By Paypal

If you wish to pay by Paypal, please click the PayPal tab in the payment section of the order. This will allow you to make a payment for the necessary amount to GAS Factory.

Delivery

Our Standard Delivery charge is for the UK mainland only. We do ship outside the UK but must assess shipping costs on a country by country and item by item basis so please contact us at info@gasfactory.co.uk for a specific delivery quote. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but we aim to deliver within two working days for UK mainland and four working days for EU & International deliveries, depending on available shipping routes.

Next Day Delivery within the UK refers to the UK Mainland only. We have a daily courier collection on weekdays so orders processed before 2pm will be sent out on a Next Day Delivery Service. Orders made after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you wish to place an order for Saturday Delivery, please contact us before 1pm on Fridays.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost for International orders is based on order weight and shipping zone. Please contact for shipping quote.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability, which we monitor closely to ensure that stock levels are correct at the time of purchase. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you have purchased a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and the order details. Please note: once the order process has been completed, we will send e-mail confirmation stating that your payment has been accepted, with details confirming the delivery address and an approximate delivery time. In the interest of security, the details of your order are not accessible via the internet. The details pertaining to your order are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with our privacy policy.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Please note that it is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this period by email, telephone or recorded letter. The goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition, for which we recommend the use of a recorded, insured delivery service. We reserve the right to query any damage to the item(s) in your order that may have occurred in the time elapsed between us sending out the goods and them being returned to us.
